This might be related to the remaining issue I'm working on, passing
environment variables.
No, I don't use magit. But you don't need to send the whole traces. Just
run the test with tramp-verbose set to at least 6. In the traces, you'll
find something like
<time stamp> tramp-handle-make-process (6) # <whole command>
Please send this line; I'm hoping <whole command> doesn't contain
sensitive data.
