[BUG] Emphasized text in *HEADLINE link target leaks through invisible text [9.8-pre (release_9.7.6-107-gf21415 @ /home/jschmidt/work/org-mode/lisp/)]

Open the following Org mode document in a "make vanilla" Emacs:

------------------------- snip -------------------------
* foo =bar= baz

* FOO BAR BAZ

[[*foo =bar= baz][Link Title]]
------------------------- snip -------------------------

For me that document renders like this:

------------------------- snip -------------------------
* foo =bar= baz

* FOO BAR BAZ

=bar=Link Title
------------------------- snip -------------------------

That is, the =bar= part leaks through from the otherwise hidden link
target.
