I downloaded the files addressbook.el and vcard.el, but don't know how to use
them! I couldn't find any manual in internet. Can anyone please help with
this? I wish to manage contacts and vcards in Emacs.

It is in alpha stage. Need more time to mature. Looks very promising tho.

I use bbdb for this purpose. Maybe you should have a look at that.
