If most users don't use `count-lines-page' often
then we could rebind it to:
C-x l p ("Lines Page") - count-lines-page
and use a new key prefix `C-x l' for more line-related commands:
C-x l t ("Lines Truncate") - toggle-truncate-lines
C-x l w ("Lines Word wrap") - toggle-word-wrap
C-x l v ("Lines Visual mode") - visual-line-mode
