Tables look like:
|-------+---------+-------+-------------|
|       |         |       |             |
|-------+---------+-------+-------------|
|       |         |       |             |
|-------+---------+-------+-------------|

So to keep it simple it could be done so that lines that start with a
'|', or where the first non-white-space character is a '|' the line is
not wrapped. Any pointers how to create this?
