Pretesters: please send me an email reporting success or failure on your build platform. Report bugs via M-x report-emacs-bugs, or email emacs-pretest-bug@gnu.org. For questions, email emacs-devel@gnu.org. Note to developers: The emacs-23 branch is now considered to be in a hard freeze. If you want to commit a change that is not a regression against Emacs 23.1, please check with me or Stefan first (except for documentation changes). I have marked two regressions against 23.1 (Bug#5754 and Bug#5786) as "serious" in the bug tracker. If someone could work on these, I'd greatly appreciate it. If you see any other bug that is a regression against 23.1, please mark it as "serious" too (or email me). I have downgraded several "serious" bugs that are not regressions against 23.1 to "important". Though I do not consider these bugs as release blockers, it would be nice to have them fixed for the 23.2 release (especially Bug#2056). So please help if you can. Thanks.
