Hello

I am trying to make the mini buffer / window resize
automatically. But it does not (seem to) work. I have several records
in my bbdb that are longer then two lines, but that is all I get to
see under the gnus-windows.

In .emacs I have
(setq resize-mini-windows t)

Now what? Would appreciate assistance, thanks in advance...

Gijs

I think that BBDB does not use the minibuffer. See the variable
bbdb-pop-up-target-lines, that might be what you're looking for.

I think this variable is quite new; perhaps too new for your Emacs?
Does C-h v print documentation on the variable? If so, then it is
known, if not, then your Emacs is too old.
