A couple of updates to info nodes used in the code,

* international/mule.el (keyboard-coding-system): defcustom info-link
fixes: "Specify Coding" has split, keyboard now in "Terminal Coding",
and "Single-Byte Character Support" is now "Unibyte Mode".
* progmodes/fortran.el (fortran, fortran-mode-map): Info node link
fixes, "Fortran" is in emacs-xtra.
