No problem, at least we now know we observe the same behavior.  Since
Martin Rudalics also confirmed seeing it under w32, I wonder if RMS may
have tried something different from my recipe, since he reported not
getting the result without continuation arrows.  Richard, if you have
time could you try again and see if you really don't observe the same
thing?
