Yeah, the natural thing would be to put that on a pop-up menu on mouse-3 -- I think that's a pretty common UI pattern? And I see that mouse-3 isn't bound on any of those elements now. And perhaps there should be some menu to toggle the tool bar/scroll bars on/off?
