I guess we can make this function autoloaded.
Are there are any other function that you often try to call via M-x and
miss?

What about doing something like
- ‘C-u C-u <TAB>’ (‘org-cycle’ ⟶ ‘org-set-startup-visibility’)
There is no reason to make some of the listed functions interactive -
they are not designed to be interactive.
