In lisp/epa-ks.el, several keyservers were decommissioned, and guess
shoule be removed:

keys.gnupg.net
pool.sks-keyservers.net
zimmermann.mayfirst.org

This would also be a good time to add keys.openpgp.org.

Do you have any links about this for the first two?  zimmermann has a
notice on the front page, so I guess it can be removed.

Unless something has changed, the protocol spoken by keys.openpgp.org is
not the same as what the old keyservers used, and what epa-ks.el
implements.  That being said, there is a `openpgp' package on GNU ELPA.
