OK, looks like it works now, so I have pushed the package specification.
One more thing I noticed is that you have this in your package header,
;; Author: Hanno Perrey <http://gitlab.com/hperrey>
which is not a valid Email address. The idea is to have an email
address here, that is used to generate a compose buffer when the user is
reading about the package from a package description buffer.
