To get proper indentation of Common Lisp code without clobbering
conventional Emacs Lisp indentation you could do something like so:
(add-hook 'lisp-mode-hook
(lambda ()
(set (make-local-variable lisp-indent-function)
'common-lisp-indent-function)))
