Please have them upgrade to bzr 2.0.2, which is in Debian backports now.
The Bazaar developers say it is noticeably better to run 2.0.2 than 1.x
versions (which is what we have now).  Search for "bzr_2.0.2" in here:

  http://www.backports.org/debian/pool/main/b/bzr/

Assuming they upgrade on both fencepost and savannah, this might solve
our loggerhead (repository/branch browsing) problems too (sr #107142).
I asked in #bzr and the loggerhead 1.17 should be compatible with Bazaar
2.0.2.
