Some recent change (> bzr 115205, perhaps 115250?) seems to have made
building Emacs (just with make, not bootstrapping) significantly slower
on my hardware (AMD Sempron 3400+, 3G RAM). The following shell output
from the build process took what felt like on the order of 1-2 minutes
to complete, whereas in previous builds it took maybe 10-15 seconds.
