bug#19552: 25.0.50; void-function class-slot-initarg with new EIEIO changes

Looks like this is missing the "slot" argument, I got it to work okay
with:

(defun class-slot-initarg (class-name slot)
  (eieio--class-slot-initarg (eieio--class-v class-name) slot))
