Hi
What is your opinion about the key-binding of the well intentioned
kill-buffer-and-window? For my brain, at least, the behaviour is
unexpected. Because C-x 4 means operations on/with other-window
i. e. C-x 4 0 would be more consistent with a not yet existing
delete-window-other-window, wouldn't it?
As another counter example: C-x 5 0 deletes also the frame *without*
killing the buffer(s).
