Hi,

It used to be the case that modifying a buffer while traversing a list
of errors in compilation mode would make the later to adjust the
remaining line numbers if they where affected (so that next-error would
jump to the right spot). This no longer seems to be the case since, at
least, a couple of weeks ago, at least with C/C++ files. Right now i'm
using "GNU Emacs 24.0.50.1 (i486-pc-linux-gnu, GTK+ Version 2.18.7)" in
terminal mode.
