Hello,
Some time ago, the "flowing text" inside Org buffers was rendered in the
`org-default' face.
It isn't the case anymore. Is it a bug on my side?

You can turn the use of the 'org-default face on with
M-x buffer-face-mode RET
Using buffer-face-mode has been turned off by default:
