H runs the command dired-do-hardlink
it updates the link counts for the target and destination,
but should refresh the whole directory, as the file might also be linked
to a third file too! (Perfectionism. I guess it could be linked anywhere
else on the system, so refresh all open dired buffers too... overboard perfectionism...)

Yeah, I don't think it makes sense to update all dired buffers just in
case the link count has changed through this command. So I'm closing
this bug report.
