Subject: [PATCH] Fix elixir-ts-mode.elc warning (bug#62155)

* lisp/progmodes/elixir-ts-mode.el: Only require heex-ts-mode once
elixir-ts-mode loads to avoid calling (treesit-ready-p 'heex)
during byte-compilation.
