Please move into verify_image_cache_refcount and execute:
(gdb) p expected
(gdb) p FRAME_IMAGE_CACHE (f)
(gdb) p FRAME_IMAGE_CACHE (f)->refcount
(gdb) set $cons = Vframe_list
(gdb) while $cons
