This is not currently possible. But the new HTML exporter is more
flexible in many ways, so we can hope someone will be able to adapt
it to this need someday.
PS: I'm calling it the "new HTML exporter", but please be aware it
is not integrated into core yet. We are moving in this direction,
but we're not there yet.
