Gentlemen, dired-do-copy misaligns things until the screen is refreshed.
$ emacs --no-site-file -nw -q .
-rw-r--r-- 1 jidanni jidanni 935 2004-10-09 04:38 apt-offline.log
C -rw-r--r-- 1 jidanni jidanni 847 2004-10-09 04:38 f
-rw-r--r-- 1 jidanni jidanni 847 2004-10-09 04:38 ctarl.4205
This is the state of the screen just after coping some file to f.
emacs-version"21.3.1" LC_ALL=C etc. doesn't help. Also affects
dired-do-chmod, dired-do-rename, etc.
