No,
There is a whole list of current key-bindings that allready exist.
C-h b gives the whole list.
But making macro's is more complicated than just shuffeling some keys
around on the keyboard.
http://www.gnu.org/software/emacs/manual/html_mono/emacs.html#Basic-Keyboard-Macro
will get you through all.
