The patch below changes auto-mode-alist so delphi-mode is entered
automatically for Delphi project (.dpr, .DPR) files.  (pascal-mode
remains the default for .pas files.)

Changes:

(auto-mode-alist): Use delphi-mode for .dpr, .DPR files.

Thanks. I installed something similar (assuming mixed-case extensions
are not really relevant).
