But from the discussion with Eli on this bug report, I thought that it was decided to left `C-x v v' untouched and use `C-u C-x v v' when needed. A user can also set its prefered backends by ordering vc-handled-backends as he wanted to. Anyway, I'll tried to rework that but do you happen to know from the top of your head a function to count the "directory deepness" of a file? -- Manuel Giraud
