Any recommendations?
I consider Emacs the optimal shell.
Some keybindings i find especially useful:
(global-set-key "\M-m" 'compile)
(define-key minibuffer-local-map "\M-m" 'exit-minibuffer)
Left thumb on meta, and `m', `p', `n' (as needed)
and finally `m' w/ the right hand.
