Subject: Re: Can tags-file-name be set by .dir-locals.el
Date: Sat, 31 Jul 2010 17:27:07 +0800	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <87bp9oj91w.fsf@gmail.com> (raw)

I have got the reason, the safe-local-variable property of
tags-file-name is nil, so dir-locals regard it as unsafe variables,
and the default value is enable-local-variables :safe, so
tags-file-name is not set. just put this into .emacs works!

(put 'tags-file-name 'safe-local-variable 'stringp)

Read The Fucking Code is good! :D
