The next International Lisp Conference will take place in summer 2014 in
Montreal. IIUC this has traditionally been a conference oriented mostly
towards "industry" and Common-Lisp, but they're looking for suggestions
of co-located workshops.
I think it would be great to submit a proposal for an Emacs/Elisp
workshop there. Any takers?
Stefan

What kinds of topics would a workshop like that cover? Infrastructure
like EIEIO and the new cl-lib stuff?

That's one option I guess (should also include things like Semantic).
But contacting the ILC organizers should give you a better idea of what
they're most likely to be interested in.

The web pages for the conference last year are actually generated using
org-mode.
A talk on nrepl might be of interested as well, cause it involves lisp
on both sides.

Well, I'd love to attend and/or contribute, probably with something
about Org-mode, but can't make sure I'll be there.
