I hate it to be the grinch. But bug#20233 means, that Tramp is broken
for the "scp" method, the default one. I could reproduce this locally.
Backporting a patch from the master branch seems to cure the problem
(waiting for acknowledgement of the OP).
Does this qualify to make a second RC?
