How can footnotes be exported at the end of an artile in latex?

How can footnotes be exported at the end of an artile in latex?

Is it possible to export to latex with all footnotes at the end of an artile but
not at the bottom of the page with the reference?

They are then called "endnotes". You might want to google for that.
And it might be as simple as

#+LATEX_HEADER: \usepackage{endnotes}

but I have not tested it, so no guarantees.

You'll need to add

#+latex_header: \let\footnote\endnote

somewhere and also

#+latex: \theendnotes

at the place you want the end notes to appear.
