No, I mean with-temp-buffer.

See OP: temp-buffer-resize-mode is limited to buffers made from
with-output-to-temp-buffer. Doing it for the general display-buffer
case makes more sense, but, as Juanma pointed out, there is currently no
simple way to do this.
