[PATCH] Fix org-confluence-export-as-confluence

I ran into a "Symbol's value as variable is void: external" error with
org-confluence-export-as-confluence using a recent checkout of
org-mode on GNU Emacs 24.3.1 (x86_64-apple-darwin12.3.0, NS
apple-appkit-1187.37). The attached patch fixes it on my system.

  org-export-to-buffer

Removed `external' to fix the "Symbol's value as variable is void:
external" error when calling org-confluence-export-as-confluence
interactively.

The fix is slightly different. This should now be fixed. Thank you for
reporting it and for the patch.
