Nor why you're getting the error you mentioned in your previous message. Someone else on the help-gnu-emacs list may know. Perhaps Eli Zaretskii has a suggestion, since I know he uses both Rmail and MS Windows. It's possible that your Emacs was built with the switch "--without-pop" which means that the movemail command doesn't include the POP3 capability.
