If you have good ideas how to improve `org-html--build-pre/postamble',
patches welcome.

OPTION_S_ and you cannot have space after html-preamble: _

Try

#+OPTIONS: html-preamble:"<p class='author'>Author: %a<br/>(%e)</p><p class='date'>Date: %d</p><p><img src='./img/SemBSDD-Logo-400px.png'/></p>"
