Doesn't rotate-window-layout imply such transformation:

+-----+     +-----+
|  A  |     |B |  |
|-----| ->  |--| A|
|B | C|     |C |  |
+-----+     +-----+

For rotating only window identities while keeping the same layout,
wouldn't a better name be rotate-windows for such transformation:

+-----+     +-----+
|  A  |     |  B  |
|-----| ->  |-----|
|B | C|     |C | A|
+-----+     +-----+

Also do we need additionally a window-swap-windows to swap
identities of only two windows, not all windows?
