bug#19542: 25.0.50; Missing --no-loadup option in emacs --help message

emacs --help prints following line, but there is no `--no-shared-memory'
option nowadays and -nl is an abbreviation of --no-loadup.  And
--no-loadup option is missing in the message:

--no-shared-memory, -nl     do not use shared memory
