report-emacs-bug broken?

While trying to report a bug with a newly built Emacs, after answering
"yes RETURN" to the confirmation question that comes after C-c C-c, the
minibuffer displayed a line with "no)", which is the last part of the
prompt "(yes or no)", as if the RETURN just created a newline on the
minibuffer. After writing "yes RETURN" again:

Sending via mail...
smtpmail-send-it: Sending failed: 501 Syntax error in parameters or arguments to MAIL command

Finally I sent the bug with another build:

GNU Emacs 25.0.91.3 (x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu, X toolkit) of 2016-02-25
8be32cf45cd8b39ff6c8dc431b0ac04a0959786d

The broken one:

Could you try setting `smtpmail-debug-info' and then look in the "*trace
..." buffer to see what's there?

Of course, this time it worked <sigh>

It was a new build of master (the previous one was discarded.) For this
and another issue, rigth now I have not much confidence on this build
environment.
