But for the record I'm probably even worse than you in this respect, I have 196 files of Elisp, 10 980 sloc, and only made a single package for GNU ELPA of all of that. And never added anything to the EmacsWiki :$ Not saying all of that is useful to anyone else or even me, of course, but I think maybe I could and should make two or three more packages for the repos of the stuff I'm most happy with. [Just difficult to figure out what that is, exactly?
