There is another (and IMO more convenient) interface for org-goto (C-c
C-j). To test it, try the following setting:
(setq org-goto-interface 'outline-path-completion)
Otherwise, you can try fiddling with the other org-goto variables. Type
"C-h v org-goto [TAB]" for a full list.
