For you, half the price!

Can I just modify `erc-select-read-args'?  That will let me supply
credentials from lines like this:

machine xyz login joe password sikrit port irc
machine xyz:1234 login joe password sikrit port irc

(assuming "port irc" is the way to match the service)

The rcirc patch had very similar code to this, so it should be easy to
implement.
