I’m trying to use ox-pandoc in org to export docx

I’m using elpa，all the packages are updated

the error is 

org-org-link: Symbol's function definition is void: org-export-custom-protocol-maybe

How to solve this problem?

1. Take it to the orgmode mailing list - you are more likely to get a
response there.
2. Read the section in the manual that tells you how to prepare a useful
backtrace:

   (info "(org) Feedback")

and go to the last subsection. Follow the steps and post the backtrace.
