The location (and access rights) of the > repositor(y|ies) does. Sure, that's true. My point was, thought, that MELPA as it stands would support the workflow of ELPA. The only difference, really, is that MELPA requires tags to identify stable releases, which seems not a bad thing. How this would work with lots of packages in one repo, though, I do not know. In terms of access rights, I am pretty sure that tools like gitosis would allow creation of lots of repos, under one hood, with common access rights. Phil
