Removal of M-o keymap

Hi.  I use to use often the combination M-o M-s to center lines,
especially when writing mail (which I always do from Emacs).  I do not
remember using any other M-o - prefixed command.  But I'd be grateful if
(center-line) was assigned to some keybinding.

Thanks for providing feedback on the `M-o' changes.  The trial period
expires in about a week, and we'll then collate the feedback and then
decide whether to make the change permanent (and if so, whether to bind
the affected commands to other keys) or undo the change.
