They are skipped in all test jobs except job "test-tree-sitter" on the
master branch. And that job is skipped, if the corresponding
"build-image-tree-sitter" job didn't succeed.

There are problems with the gitlab docker registry these days, so not
all jobs go through.

However, <https://emba.gnu.org/emacs/emacs/-/jobs/74104> has finished in
time. And the test job, <https://emba.gnu.org/emacs/emacs/-/jobs/74107>,
