Where `auto-fill-mode' is enabled, how can I inhibit automatic
horizontal scrolling and instead have the paragraph fill
immediately when a word leaves the left-most display of
the buffer?
Reducing `fill-column' doesn't seem to work for long words,
they just continue right and scrolls the display, and then
when it finally gets filled I have to scroll it back manually.
