Subject: Request for inclusion at gnu

Hi there!

As I'm getting kind of involved with the tree-sitter feature, it would
be very nice to be able to do quickfixes to the modes in question as the
feature evolves. For example fixes to the ts-mode I created would be
nice to push myself. Would it be possible to send the Request for
Inclusion form? It says to ask here first, hence this mail.

All the best,
Theodor Thornhill
