I would like to know whether it also runs correctly?  I.e., evaluate:

  (set-frame-parameter nil 'font-backend "uniscribe")

and establish whether this font backend is really enabled, and also test
Fw32_shell_execute, for which I can't provide any more sophisticated or
specific instructions, sorry...
